Your listed price is about 65-75 mil above the going rate. Wait a while or convert to PLEX. (Your price is also more expensive than two PLEX on the Jita market).

In game plex is about 320 m this mean cant sell 60 day GTC for more than 640 m
and dont ask for my opinion

I believe he can sell for any price, your not obligated to buy it for 700mil if you don't like. Technically he CAN sell for 640+mil. |

Just because you can do something doesn't make it smart.
Perhaps someone will be stupid enough to pay an extra 60 mil for the privilege of financing Evil Eden's ship purchases over logging in a Jita trade alt and buying 60 days of game time at market price.
But it's not generally the way to bet.
