Thank you for the bids and the buyout offer. If the buyout offer of 8.5 billion can be treated as a bid, then the reserve has been reached and this character will sell. Also not far off a buyout that would be accepted.

Online now and so - 10 billion bid by Martan Bardser will be accepted. I've sent Martan an EVEmail; waiting for ISK and account info.
If someone else chooses to bid a bit more before Martan accepts, they will get the character.
