OMEGA AI was manufactured from an older version of the Sansha slaving program.
Entity (epsilon) and Unit (upsilon) are earlier versions of the Master Control Protocol.
With the arrival of the Sansha forces the OMEGA AI was to activate and seek out Sansah controlled individuals. The Sansha slaving program was to be subverted and the host intelligence reconstructed from residual neural impulses.
Sansha has returned, hence their activation and 'appearance' of Unit and Entity.
Primus represents the perfection of the OMEGA AI and the Master Control Protocol.
OMEGA has concluded that all other intelligence patterns are at risk to the Sansha slaving program and must therefore be overwritten.
Of the two surviving AI versions of the earlier OMEGA AI it is interesting to note that Entity is the one operating closest to the original parameters. Unit has diverged farther from the original core directives.
OMEGA seed bearers have been dispatched. Please do not resist them when they are encountered. It is for your own good. Resistance will only strengthen Sansha and harm your species to a greater extent in the long run.
