I think its fair to say that if the NC did fail DRF would completely dominate 0.0 and vice versa, at least until changes are made but as CCP don't seem to be about to do anything much about sov or the lag it causes wer're stuck with things as they are

At any time there might be 1 RR on the undock aside from utility highs on battleships. I know theres small gang stuff in 0.0, I just have absolutely horrible luck when I go on roams out that way.. Went all through stain/cloud ring and caught 2 ruptures caught in their own bubble(s) and a velator... I can do that in Jita lol. I've actually had quite a bit of fun with Goons this past week, thanks for bringing it. I just can't help myself but laugh at the newbs in 0.0 that think just because they are in 0.0 that they are badass. So as long as it maintains its current level of "I'll have the last word"... I'll keep saying Strategy > The Blob.
