The reason I ask this is because rather than just use a plex on myself to extend game time, I prefer to set up an account and use a plex which then converts it into a paid account. I then give it to a newb in the hope that after 7 weeks he has become hooked enough to keep playing.
I don't want to go againsy any EULA but I know that this has actually kept guys in the game long enough to then start purchasing plexes.
I dont want to tread on any toes either so I need an official ruleing on this thanks.

1) you cannot create account for other people and give it to them. [this is against the EULA
2) you can do 3 21day / month / account that you own
so what you do is :-
1) send out an invite ,
2) do a station trade on a Plex
3) get him to activate it
4) .... goto 1

geeks dont have more than one freind, thus any more than one means your are some how scamming

Account has to created with the link that you provided, otherwise you won't receive your 30 days. You can send 3 invitations a month.
Keep in mind, trial accounts can't accept contracts, they can only trade via station. So make sure you claim the plex in a station that you can directly trade.
Also make sure the newbies are really newbies. Now that you posted this on forums, you'll get ****TONS of scammers faking as new players.

That's why I opted to create the account and apply the plex myself. No room for hatred
Please explain number 2 can you. English is my first and only language but this got me screwed
Do you mean that on my 5 accounts I can invite 15 people?

Buddy invite is voided if Buddy accepts invite via Steam/ other distributor. Yet another win for CCP fineprint duping the honest player

note that

You are not permitted to transfer your account to another person.
