My tempest went down eventually after some really heavy fire and 8 or so warpouts we were vastly outnumbered in both fights. But this was one of the more fun fights for me in Eve. Respect! Edit: next time I'm gonna bother tanking it

But damm talk about lag in the second second engagement crashed and took 10-15 min just to log in again oh well at least the node didnt crash like in the first :) All in all a good fight

It simply cuts out the annoying parts that come with it such as smack and cheating etc. (if someone really dislikes the other person chances are someone from one group is gonna go that extra mile to win no matter what it involes). The story you refer to that you have heard sounds more like one that was designed to get people ready to go shoot someone they really don't care about. MASS attacked a FIX station over a month ago and our fleet, which would have easily over "blobbed" the MASS fleet sat quietly and let you guys leave. Don't question our ability to show restraint and don't say we're arrogant, there's no need for unpleasantries. By almost all accounts our fights have involved respectful chatter and sometimes even friendly and funny chatter in local. FIX are not bad guys, I don't think SE are bad guys, but calling us (a group of 1,000+) arrogant because of someone's experience with one person is a bit ludicrous. ------------------------------------- // The views expressed by this poster are not the views of the poster's corporation, alliance, planet or television network... but they should be.

Perhaps you'd like to ask the person who gave you this story, exactly where this attack on MASS happened? was it in stain space? or was it in FIX space? My, what a difference such a small fact can make on an entire story.

Most people, when referring to "falling" are referring to losing rights to claimed territory. Falling, to me, would be disbanding.
