18.7m SP with very little waste is not going to go for less than 6b.

to be fair theres 28mil+ sp chars selling for less than what your asking also there more specialized than your char

To be fair there are characters less specialized and with less SP selling for 300-400/sp.
It's a volatile market, that doesn't change the value of the character.
If you don't wish to meet my starting, please move along.

Yes its a volatile market but that still does not change the fact that your character is not worth more than 4 billion i would like to know on what grounds you think its worth more than 6 billion if it had all caldari sub systems/missiles/engineering all at V then i would say its a amazing tengu pilot but as it is now its nothing more than a average tengu pilot with a stupidly high price tag

This is borderline harassment from the two of you.
300/sp is hardly irregular for a tengu pilot, why either of you think think this is going for less than that is beyond me.
I'm not here to give someone a steal, I'm selling a character and will either get the price thats reasonable, or I'll go back to ratting with it making 50m an hour.

For 8bil and i have 1 full +5 implant set, 1 full High grade Crystal implant set with 400 mil in heavy missile/missile effect bonuses as well as an additional full Low grade crystal implant set with the same 400mil in secondary implants.
You should hold on to your toon bro because you are smoking crack if you think you'll even be close to the price that i couldn't even sell this toon for.
