I am pretty sure you should be able to cross-dress.
Although there might be a restriction in changing a toon's sex, I am pretty sure dresses, skirts, negligees and others should be able to fit properly on your toon.
Unless CCP put a code to disallow those attires to fit on a male toon like fitting XL guns on a battleship then I think you are more or less, all set.

Just buy a slaver hound and don't feed it for a couple days until hunger will overcome disgust. Then it will change your sex, without anesthesia.

Each time I die, I wake up in a brand new body, built from scratch. Apparently it has to be identical to the old that is currently soylent green though, no idea why.
I guess CONCORD will soon figure out a way to change the host body in exchange for a 30 Day Pilot's License Extension. Obviously.

I'm sorry but a court ruling states that all gender reassignment surgeries are in fact optional and are therefore not required to be covered by insurance. As such, EVE Medical and Cloning will not be able to cover a clone gender claim at this time. Have a nice day and please don't bother us again.

Yes and there is nothing wrong about it. Look at all of our female toons. They wear shirts and trousers.
Also men can wear skirts and there are no problems with that. There are Scottish who wear skirts you know.

The human mind is not, among other things, supposed to last forever, so there's bound to be damage, given time.
Most pod pilots, I think, aren't older than their ordinary life expectancy, so you shouldn't expect any deviant behaviour because of their longevity as of yet.
This will only become a significant factors once people are hitting 100 years of age.
In light of eternal life I think sex change operations would make a lot of sense.
You're bound to become bored being male after a few hundred years.

Especially since the new title doesn't actually reflect what the OP wants. Sex and gender are two different things. Sex is being biologically male or female. Gender is the social aspect of being male or female. What the OP wants is to change the physical aspect.
