Hi, I have a doubt.
Today I decided I was sick of missioning, so, I checked if I could join the caldari militia. it said i couldn't, since my caldari state faction was only 0.48, and you need 0.5. Fine, I quickly trained social III and then Conections I. bumped my standing right up to 0.84 or so. I was all happy, parted goodbye to my abit absent minded noob npc corp fellas, and pressed the enlist bottum. it said i couldn't, since my standing was 0.48 wen it needs 0.5 .
Doesn't it considers the conections skill?

The standings requirement to join faction warfare considers the base standings amount, not your standings after the Connections skill bonus is applied.
So, you'll need to run a few more missions before you can get into the Caldari militia, but you're pretty close! Then I can shoot you.

If you haven't run them already, a couple of datacenter agents should bump you up that last little bit for a few million ISK. Beats running 10+ missions for a storyline.

Please explain, I honestly don't know what or where can I find Datacenter agents you speak off.

Linkage Would also recommend looking at COSMOS missions, they increase your factional standing nicely, but are poorly designed, and mostly not fun. Linkage

easiest faction standing would be rookie mission arc. each of the 3 systems (per faction) has 5 arcs than give about 1% faction increase.

yep, I ran social up to 2, knocked out the epic yesterday and joined gal mil. I entered with 0.60 standing, and the epic arc is the only missions I've done on this char. My standing would've been even higher, but I started with a -0.18 to gallente for running drugs through high sec with my comet
