So, I have this guy out in Lustrevik who thinks of himself as some Elite PVP'r, but won't fight unless he has his alt Remote Rep him, or his faction warfare buddies ready to blob his opponent.
He has this thing about making 1 man corps and having his alt as a neutral RR. When you War Dec one of his corps, he immediately closes it out and runs away, yet he will brag all day long about how elite he is in PVP. Maybe he is an elite blob warfare player, but he runs and shows the yellow down his back when his 1 man corp is decced, even by another 1 man corp. *edit* Technically it is a 2 man corp, but the alt in it is a newb alt made just to hold the corp open when I am involved in other activities and has no skills except a cpl corp related skills to allow it to be a CEO /*edit*
So... a couple days ago I got news he was back in Highsec, in the Lustrevik area up to his old games again so I War Decced him, and let him know it. 24 hours hasn't even gone by, and he has already left his 1 man corp and is back in his FW corp rather than face a fight against a 1 man corp, ran by a character that is younger than his character. Below is the EVE mails, with names edited out to protect the yellow.

meh. sat on a gate and waited for him and his logistics buddy to drop in. no show. what was pro about it was when he ditched corp god knows how many times. he actually begged one of us to stop deccing him after around the 4th or 5th corp he made. needless to say. -1 internet. in the beginning he wardecced me then avoided at all costs. i even went to his fw system when he tried to call me out and say meet me in auga where we'll settle it, where they were going to drop all their caps on me and all this fancy stuff. so i go. twice. he's a no show. in fact. he's never shown. washed hands of him he's apparantly a champ. what he smokin is beyond me but more power to him for thinkin that. in fact.
+2 internets for him just for that.

Do you remember youre buddy from ice fire warriors in guardian and youre arty baddon and you still docked when i nueted youre ass and set my drones on the guardian, if youre such an elite pvper (roflmao) cant believe just done that. But youre a ****bag who only picks on new guys and if the war starts to turn against you run to low sec were ifw can protect you.
Do us all a huge favour wolf stop playin eve and can i haz youre stuff

You don't need skills on an alt for them to be CEO btw. A fresh alt with no skills works just fine. Corps retain the attributes of their creator, and only update when you click the "update with my skills" button. :P

If you're CEO and has Corp Management trained (at any level), then you can't drop CEO role unless at least one other member has that skill trained. If neither member has the skill trained, then you can drop roles just fine.
..you're right about the corp retaining the attributes of whatever character you chose to give bonuses with, tho. But still, you can't transfer the corp to an unskilled nub if your CEO has the CM-skill trained.
At least I couldn't, the couple of times I tried. Ended up training CM 1 on an alt just to be able to resign as CEO. Last time was a couple of months ago tho, but havn't seen any notices about CCP changing this.
TL;DR - either make sure none of the chars in corp has CM trained, or make sure all potential CEO's has it at at least lv1.

The thing I don't get, is, are elite PVPers supposed to stand and fight even when they believe they'll lose? It's only clueless noobs that choose their fights?
