Ive seen 20mill+ tengu pilots go for 5-6bill so keep dreaming about that 5 bill start price.
ppl are not gonna pay stupid isk just for a ****ty tengu pilot unless you find some ******.

I do not really want to part with that character. Therefore, if the proposals are not be worthwhile. I just keep it for my self.

That would be your best bet as you will not get anywhere near the 5 bill your are asking, i know that she has all the sub skills to 5 but they are only a rank 1 skill. you might have gotten close to it if all her missile support skills were maxed |

You're never going to get 5b for it, dream on.
I'll get my guy on the phone, he's an expert on Tengu pilots, but the best I can do is 3.1b
EDIT: BTW this is literally more than I paid for a 16m SP character with all gallente ship and gunnery skills at five so you're not going to get any better than 3.1b, take it or leave it.
