Edited by: Crectus Vasil on 24/02/2011 19:11:29 I have installed the Singularity Test Server, launched it, and attempted to sign in. But when I do it fails because it claims my username or password is invalid. I have logged in to this very website with the EXACT same account. I have even tried copying and pasting the information it and it still will not let me log in! This is getting increasingly irritating as this combination works with the website and the Tranquility server. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Crectus |

Hello,
If you have changed your password recently you will most likely have to use your old password as we just have deployed a new mirror to Singularity.
If you need further assistance, please refer to the first 2 posts in this thread: http://www.eveonline.com/ingameboard.asp?a=topic&threadID=509355

Hello, I have not changed my password at all and my account has been active for a few weeks now. So the problem still persists, but thank you for your assistance. Regards, Crectus

dude sisi takes place in the past.
thus if you were not active 6 weeks ago you can't log into sisi.
Same thing with the password.
However you can ask to be activated on sisi. but there is a new mirror in like 5 days might as wait it out.

How exactly would I ask to activate my account on Singularity?

Edited by: Jovan Geldon on 01/03/2011 02:41:27 It's not like there's a sticky named "Requests for account reactivation" or anything...
The specifically relevant parts thereof being:
Originally by: CCP Oneiromancer
If your account on Tranquility was inactive when the current test server mirror was made, it will be inactive on the test server as well. If you reactivated it on Tranquility after that date and you want to do the same for Singularity, post here with any character on the account(s) you want reactivated.

If your account or character was created after the current mirror was taken, I cannot mirror it individually. You will have to wait for the next mirror.

Ah, thank you for clearing that up. I guess I'll have to wait for the next mirror then.
