per our convo, you stated that you were just a few hours off from being in a noob corp. You stated that you would be online to do the transfer promptly. This has not happened.
CCP petitioned for refund.

i am currently 4 hours off noob corp, as stated in post that around the time we agreed on the transfer you would have the toon, meaning the transfer will go through in 14 hours, from the time of this message. Therefore the transfer will take place in 4 hours as was stated per our agreement.
a 'few' is not a number at the time it was i believe 19 hours or something, and i stated in the forum post you would have the toon by "this time tommorow" relax dude ill transfer in 4 hours.

you can make flame posts here all you want. i have submitted the chat logs to CCP. the GMs will just return your character to your acct in a few days anyway.
