If you want to win this bonus prize, you have to bump this topic. If you want to increase your chances, you should bump as often as possible. When the lottery ends a dice roll will be linked with numbers 1-[however many posts] and the post number that matches the draw will win this 250m bonus prize.
~Rules~
- This lottery will consist of 2000 tickets.
- Tickets for this Lottery are 10mil ISK.
- For Buy tickets, send isk to in game character LuckLottery in multiples of 10mil with the reason field of lotto39th.
- Ticket Numbers given automatically.
- We never retract tickets, when the lottery still is open.
Examples that show, how you can take part
For one ticket you send 10,000,000 isk with reason lotto39th
For sixty tickets you send 600,000,000 isk with reason lotto39th
For hundred tickets you send 1,000,000,000 isk with reason lotto39th
You can not fly the Nyx?
Then I pay you ISK.
~Chribba's 'DICE'~
With Chribba's 'DICE' tool are automaticly one or several numbers before the lottery generated. This winning numbers can't be seen by Optimus P or someone else. When the lottery ends, the winning numbers unlock at Chribba's 'DICE'

No SCAM!!! The website is still not working, this is right, but we think we can repair the software. M.Corp is still holding the ships as normal.

Dude, this guy runs multiple lotteries, from officer mods and carriers up to supercarriers.
There are problems with the website from time to time, but until today every lottery was fine.

I dont know the problem, all my sc lotterys taken over months and all my sc lotterys were sold out and the winner got the ship all time.
I made over 40th lotterys and all time all was fine.
Yes the lottery sold slowly, but they is secured and we have sold 45% of the tickets. It¦s going faster and faster now.

He had this lottery thread in the german forums aswell and as some of us were pretty sure he woulda scam i filled up the last slots and threw a billion isk in to get it done. Shortly after his website does not respond anymore and his account on forums is deleted aswell.

i am quite sure he did it. Mailing list deleted, forum acc on german forums deleted, he brought up multiple excuses that the website has troubles but in the same time the carrier lotto he had open worked well (41th lotto or so). he mailed me on the 06.11.06 that he's going to allocate all remaining tickets to me and is going to close the lotto. that never happened instead hes been telling around in the public that there are tickets left and so on. i guess its time to put his third party in charge. any comments from M.Corp yet?

No, several weeks ago Lucky Lotto asked us to sell the ships and return approximately 30BN ISK to him, which we did in good faith. However I am looking into what LuckyLotto has done with this ISK and if he has indeed 'vanished' as some people say that he has. My first aim is to see a successful conclusion of this Lottery for all those that took part, and am trying to contact him now to see what is happening.
If I don't get any success with that line of enquiry, then as guarantor M. Corp will aim to get a list of the lottery participants (information we do not currently have - our job was just to hold the ships as per the instruction of the lottery organiser) and we will then do a draw ourselves, and the winner WILL receive a Nyx Super Carrier (This will be underwritten and manufactured by M. Corp)

problem is, that there are several people who bought ticket's and LuckLottery didn't count them. So maybe one of these people had the chance go get this ticket, but as they are not counted, they didn't have the chance. But it's third party's choice if the people who bought ticket's and didn't count have the chance to win it. We will see

Happened to me. He said he still has around 150 tickets so i threw over 1b in which never got counted. But good news @ M.Corp.

I thought the purpose of a third party holding the ship is to avoid just this from happening. When I see M. Corp as the third party from now on, I'll skip that lottery thank you.

To be honest this doesn't really surprise me at all.
Communication between Vel and anyone has always been entertaining as he takes breaks from the game constantly and has been for a while now.
Guessing someone else in the corp was contacted and acted as they really didn't know what was going on...
I do have to say it is yet another interesting lines of events which happens with Velios under the M.Corp name, and not his own.
It kinda sucks this was done under the M.Corp name when really most of the corp leadership had no idea Velios was starting a third party service. Oh well guess it just goes to show use one of the two big boys and be safe.
