(sry, I don't speak english very well)
I test some how loss pirate standing
belt rat hunt(only corp standing loss)
pirate faction mission(only Pirate ship hunting is faction loss, no mission)
DED complex, anomaly(friends say faction standing loss)
Turorial, Career, Storyline mission(dislike by pirate faction standing loss)
Circle, Data center, COSMOS, Epic Arcs(sry, I can't test. maybe loss)
Rader SITE, sansha's incursion(sry. I can't test. maybe loss)
that's all of pirate faction standing loss?
Am I misknow anything?

Tutorial, Career, Storyline, Circle, Data Center and Cosmos Agents all give positive Faction standing and negative Faction standing for that Factions enemy which also includes the Pirate Factions.
Epic Arc Agents are the exception. They give positive Faction standing and no derived standings to any other Factions.
I'm not sure about the exploration sites but I think they are all just Corporation standing loss. I'll have to check that out since I do a lot of exploration.
If I had to guess, I'd say the Sansha Incursions would be Faction standing loss.

Well, I checked it out and there is a Faction standing loss incured for ship/structure kills when completing any of the Exploration sites.
