No, thats the usual way for a lottery :)
As always for new lottos it takes some time for the tickets to be sold.

As always for new lottos it takes some time for the tickets to be sold.
I understand, for me a lottery is tickets sales + the actual lottery. But anyways, friendly bump for you

For a prize of 1B in value, he sells 1.2B of tickets ;)
200M for no effort, thats a good deal!
Might be worth launching a lottery too!
