We need 2 pure Caldari PVE pilots with perfect passive shield tank, perfect heavy missiles. Pilots must can fly drake and raven (better with perfect active shield tank). Need pilots with 15-20kk SP (more not need)

Not bad Char, but he has redundant skills with not perfect missiles.
It's expensive for me. I can pay only 4.5 bill

Heavy Missiles / Rank 3 / Level: 4 /
Caldari BS 5 it good )) but
Cruise Missiles / Rank 5 / Level: 4 /
Energy Systems Operation / Rank 1 / Level: 3 /
Energy Management / Rank 3 / Level: 2 /
Shield Compensation / Rank 2 / Level: 2 /
t1 cruise and bad tank.. it's about 45-60 days learning skills
i can give you only 2.8 bill for this char

Take a look, not perfect heavy but should just need a few days of training. Might be a bit to much sp for your budget though?
