Certainly is. Especially channels take too long to appear (including local).

With the decrease in server downtime the hamsters lunchbreak and food has been reduced with 50%, coupled with the no health insurance ccp policy they are overworked and stressed; this leads the PETA pressing charges for animal cruelty on CCP as well.

This character is in system that fails to load, another managed to load but is very laggy; I was insde pos for ~minute before the tower and mods even actually appeared in space.

They were having start-up issues a few days ago with their database. Might be related.

Ya. Server is broke. Typical of this game though. I just came back after a year or so break and found a shrinking player base, the same problems with performance/stability, and mediocre additions of "features". Ugh

Seems to affect everything in EVE, so it is likely a database issue. If it were network, we would have loads of other problems, like disconnecting and such.

i understand everyones got a job to do and you need to give some slack from time to time etc but sorry, these daily shutdowns are becoming a joke... except they're not funny..

A not-to-be-named alliance needed to move a massive amount of goods and bots, so a few extra bills slipped to their contact inCCP ensures they won't be molested, and it is covered up under the guise of database issues, of which, the logs, of course, show nothing............

its not the daily DT thats a joke, its the problems that are been continually caused by the DT thats a cause for concern.
