if i have kill rights on someone and attack them and blow their ship up up in high sec, can their corp mates attack me whilst i am doing this, i understand they can rep him, etc and then they will flash red to me, but will they flash red to my corp mates?
also when i do blow the person up who i have kill rights on, do they then get kill rights on me for 1 month

t/y not use to high sec machnics
so when i pop someone in high sec who i have kill rights on, they have to engage me in some way, otherwise they get 1 month kill rights on me?

The Kill Rights system allows you 30 days to get revenge on another player who has previously destroyed your ship in Empire space (1.0 to 0.1 security systems) without Concord intervention. Doesn't matter if they defend themselves (Shoot back at you) or not, they won't get any Kill Rights on you if you destroy their ship. Once you have destroyed the player's ship, your revenge has been achieved. The pilot whose ship you destroyed will not be able to attack you freely in high security systems. If they do, Concord will take action against them.
Shooting a Kill Right target that is in a gang or player corp will not give the members kill rights on you. They will be flagged Red to you if they remote-repair the Kill Right target but they won't be able to attack you unless you attack them first.
So if you're lucky enough to catch your Kill Right Target in a Hauler filled with lot's of loot sitting at a Gate in high security with no way to defend itself and you blow them up with your Battleship, your revenge has been served up cold and bitter sweet since they can't do a damn thing about it.
