Mining my brains out in high sec. One of these characters has maxed leadership skills so can equip one of those mining booster thingies.

Doing lvl 4 missions till I either die of boredom, or die of old age. This also in high sec.

So basically you want to mine or mission with 3 accounts for the rest of your life, gaining small amounts of ISK over an incredibly long amount of time for absolutely no reason whatsoever.
Yea, biomass sounds like the right idea.

Seconded, why spend so much time making money that you are never going to use for anything productive other than buying ships that will make you more money that you won't use? Best setup imho would be:
Missioner Producer PvP
That way you are entirely self sufficient and can actually engage in the other 98% of EVE that doesn't consist of missions or shooting rocks for hours on end. Otherwise I suggest you play this as it seems to be more like the kind of game you are interested in.

To answer your actual question, if perfectly managed the mission setup will net you more ISK than the mining setup, but will also require substantially greater micromanagement (3 Ravens running separate missions maybe even moreso than 2 Ravens and a salvager.)
I started (within my first month) with 4 accounts and had 1 training each race (and each living in their racial space (Amarr, Dodixie, Jita, Rens))
I recommend you do what you enjoy.

Edited by: Arnakoz on 02/03/2011 03:03:57 do NOT do the first. i started eve mining, and after the second time of being station camped by griefers and being unable to do anything to retaliate i gave up on mining. and i'm glad i did. you make WAY more isk doing pretty much everything else in the game. i would go for 1/3 pvp 2/3 missioner 3/3 indy (manufacturing, hauling etc)
the first two are similar. but while one would be perfecting his HAC and autocannon skills, the other would be perfecting his golem. both will be able to rat in nullsec, but the second will yield a higher isk per hour, and you'll need the second to run level 5 missions. in the mean time you can use the indy to manufacture items, play the market thru afk hualing, probe mini-profession sites, get research agents, etc.
plus with this mix you'll be able to touch nearly every aspect of the game.
edit: another consideration here is that the down the road the indy guy will make you the most isk, but it requires a lot of initial capital and training to start with to really get there - which the gun guys will get you quicker than anything else. (at least isk-wise, of course)

I like Arnakoz's suggestion. I would throw in a CovOps pilot onto the missioner/indy account, so you can do your scouting while PVPing solo, or with your gang.
PVP can be a source of income if you don't suck. Missions can be a relaxing way of making income after you get frustrated with PVP or simply while your corp is moving etc.
Indy/Trader is always, always welcome and useful! Do your corp's moving, do your own hauling, do your trading (get your PVP modules at lowest cost through most cunning trading :D).
Options in eve are endless, you see? Not just 3 hulks mining the roids endlessly - boooring. If that is your cup of tea, you're more than welcome to do it, though.

Here's how I managed my 3:
(a) PvP/PvE + Orca Pilot/Commander (b) Miner + Refiner + Freighter Pilot + mission support for (a) [boosting and drone support mostly] + Probing and Covert Ops (maxed) (c) Miner + Refiner + Salvager
(a) Is trained mostly in tanking, ship command, command and weapons (b) Is a kind-of swiss army knife of a character. Obviously he's busiest. (c) Is a general dog's body, mostly for mining and salvaging.
This works well for me ^.

Since I already posted here, but haven't contributed with how I use my 3 accounts.
1st char is my station trader, corp manager. I'm still maxing the trading skills, but after that I'll train industrials, as he is my money maker.
2nd is a PVE pure amarr with an exception of Caldari BS5 (nightmare pilot) for missions, but I started training some other things now as I've maxed gunnery. Probably going to go for some science (hacking/archaeology/astrometrics) next, as I plan to use it for some pilgrim exploration. Missions get boring, but I've managed to grind well over 30million/hour in my Navy Geddon, and even more with a Nightmare (sold it though, and a previous one got popped in High-sec :( ) -- so, another money maker!
3rd char is a pure caldari, maxed inty/cruiser suppert skills, as well as maxed missile skills with the exception of torpedoes. Currently training Cov Ops 5 and after that torpedoes for even more pwn with bombers. -- This is my PVP char.
The 3rd account is actually my friend's, but I fund it for a while now, and he doesn't play anymore. All 3 are good at making money, in different ways. No miners, but my trader will probably go for it one day. You just never know!
The point is that I don't do any combos with these chars. But I could, I could scout with one and kill with the other, or with both. I just like to concentrate on one char at a time, one instance of EVE more than having 2 run at the same time. _But the good thing is when I get really bored of missioning, I go and pvp a bit, then after that I can go check the market for good deals and make some easy isk.
