CCP go set up a Top-level domain: .eve
So we can register our fansite/corp/alliance sites under it

There are plans to have Corporation and Alliance forums through EVE Gate. You can see it being talked about in the CSM meeting minutes from the December 2010 summit here.

Unfortunately CCP is extremely behind on easy to do things. They are really working hard now on fixing easy to do things, but their previous history was to ignore stuff until they had a chance to completely make it over, and add more bugs, until they completely remade it yet again.

sounding easy doesn't not make them easy
nor does that take care of all the paper work and planning behind the time allocations for them and the in-house documentation

Being able to create a corporation/alliance website via some sharepoint/eve-gate wizzard is cool and all, but i'm talking about an actual Top-level domain.
ICANN is going to allow the creation of new Top-level domains soon so CCP should get their .eve
Or maybe i will...
