as the above says.. just looking to ofload before this acct runs out

I would pay 1.3 if you were already skilled to fly cov. ops. that will take about a month or so to get her into one. don't need any plexs you can buy ur own with the isk.
plus, I don't think they would comply with the rules of char. trading as one could try to scam someone...you know.
