I was scanning around in Venal, in one constellation I have found nearly 20 radar sites consistently over a week period. There are a couple combat and mag site mixed in but nearly always the signature is a radar site.
My question is do certain constellations spawn or favor certain signature types? Anyone else notice this in npc 0.0 space? Getting kinda annoying as Radar sites aren't really worth running.

It mostly depends on what the sov. upgrades are. However there is always the random chance of spawn in a system and the decay/despawn time if left alone.

think that is the answer. most people ignore radars when exploring. when one is done they respawn in a quiet system and noone can be bothered to do them.

Really aren't worth running?!
They can net a couple million a piece. It's better than magnetometric, grav and ladar sites.

These sites are in 0.0 where the combat sites can be worth a hundred million or more if you get a good drop.

And the non-rated combat sites can escalate, and have a very big chance of having a faction battleship in every escalation pocket. Only running those and skipping the useless radar/mag/ladar junk sites == bounties + hangars full of faction/deadspace loot. And one Crystal Omega drop equals a LOT of radar sites... lol.
It's too unbalanced regarding isk/time imho.
Maybe let the mini-profession sites drop faction POS tower/module BPC's or something, now THAT would be anincentive to run them, especially now that they have seemed to vanished from the game entirely
