Hello,
I searched around for an answer to this and was unable to find one. If this is a repeat please forgive me and provide a link so that I can read the answer to my question.
The ETA on fixing the character avatar swap portrait feature (For $10 USD) was supposed to be turned back on in Feb 2011. However we are now in March 2011 with it still disabled and no clue when it will be turned back on again. Any update on this would be greatly welcome since I goofed up on one of my characters and she looks pretty bad >_<.

There is an option to recustomize in the escape menu in game... at least there was about 3 hours ago. Its even free!

I'd like some clarification about this as well, it's been this way for weeks now ..

File a petition under "Character Creation & Portraits" from the character whose portrait you want to redo - you should get a free reset as there's currently no other way to change portraits. Portrait swap is still a no go for the time being though - you can only re-do. |

Stoopid trolls are trolling, the only way is to petition. The last chance to recustomize was given when the last part of Incursion was reelased.

well i still get option on all myc haracters to recustomize because I never recusomized any but 2 but then they got the option again but I don;t have option one scape menu I get a pop up every time I go into game but i can disable it poping up and maybe then it moved toe scape menu..

I know CCP probably has their hands full with other matters but man I'd love to have that character swap back. For the life of me I just can't get my toon flagged for recustomization to look like my alt. At this point I'd pay 50$+ to have it done, just so I don't have to go through that nightmare again.

It's probably taking a while to reactivate because now you will not only have to factor in a portrait, but the 3D model attached to that portrait as well. Can't have you looking like Tom Cruise when you're recalibrated to an age-old Amarrian.
