Hello, New Eden.
I've returned to EVE after a small break during the holidays and have been playing EVE for the past month. But I noticed that I hadn't recieved my learning skill points back and until now haven't thought about doing anything about it.
I was just wondering is there a reason for me not recieving them? I have 43 Million Skill Points, so was there a condition that if you were unsubbed and had over a certain number of skill points that you weren't reimbursed?

Good move to ask this in the forums. I'm sure if we look very close we find the missing SP somewhere around here.

Just to cover all bases, are you SURE you're looking in the right spot ?
There should be a line directly below "total skillpoints" in your character sheet listing a second number of skillpoints which you can distribute.
Try logging out, clearing cache and logging back in just in case too.
If you are absolutely sure you didn't get the SP back at all, then yeah, like the person above says, petition it, because it's a bug. You should have been reimbursed regardless of character SP total or account status at that time.

Sometimes, CCP places s timer on your window of opportunity to claim things.
Hoping this isn't the case for you but, this wouldn't be abnormal if you discovered it to be the case

As fas as I know CCP explicitely said that reimbursed skillpoints would never expire. Perhaps OP is looking in the wrong place?
