Well, since their ships are not yet capable of atmospheric flight. They would probably just set up some extractors to extract our complex organisms, autotrophs, micro organisms, aqueous liquids and carbon compounds.
Not much to worry about really.

You's need to have the matrix's ports along your spinal column to connect to a pod. And you'd need 100 million billion trillion dollars so you could afford to pay to convert to the isk market.

You'd get very wet, as Tritanium is a liquid at room temperature. As previously mentioned, EVE ships are not built for atmospheric flight.

Yet they can orbit a hot red giant at 120k without so much as sweating. Lore fail.
