What good is a PLEX tab if IT DOESN'T EVEN SHOW THE DATE YOUR LICENSE EXPIRE !!?
I have not been playing this game for long and I already feel confident enough to say things like : This is so CCP... or Where did they hired those guys...

Yeah, it really should say when your account is set to expire. Without that information the page is pretty worthless.

Hopefully that is stage 2 ...
everytime I say something like, "how hard can it be to update a field in the datebase" i get roasted to hell about not having a clue about how complicated databases are and how such a difficult thing could underemine the intergrity of the whole system with a memory leak etc.
I guess the problem is being sure the number is 100% accurate but, I don't buy that there isn't a way to just put a log entry somewhere on your characters sheets each time a subscription is extended.
So you wouldn't be seeing the present state of the subscription necessarily but you would see what you were told at the time a payment was last activated. 99% thats going to be one in the same and the 1% of the time its off and it causes someone to not pay their bill for lack of confirming what differs from their own memory.. well the gms can fix it as they do now.

Isn't account expiration exported to the API anyway? If so, it should be trivially easy to include it in that window.
But yeah, I'm pretty sure that's really just a stepping stone for microtransactions and for other sales. Not actually there to provide value to the customer.

CCP, please improve the current license display, make it always show us how many days left of our current subscription regadless of recurring payment method?

+1 to wanting the expiry date shown in that window.
Also, an EvE mail would be nice telling me when I've got <x> period of time before my account expires. For the sake of argument let's say 7 days. Would be even better if said mail included a list of any PLEXs I had and/or the current buying price of them in Jita.

CCP probably just didn't think of it. Meh, features and ideas. It's a good plan.
