theres a bug thats preventing my charicter loading into the test server, this bug hasnt effected any of my alts, neither has it effected any of my charicters on the live server, just one of my charicters on the test server, its like he stuck between the undock seqeunce it comes up with and error message that goes like this:
Your character has repeatedly failed loading on the server. This indicates a fault and support personnel need to be notified. Please file a petition.

i already petitioned it to the customer service team but i got told it wasnt there problem and i should post the problem in the test server forums, so heres me posting and crossing my fingers cos the next mirror is a long time away assuming that will cure the problem
any help with this would greatly appriciated

its still coming up with the same message as before nothing loads apart from the error message and a loading box that says 'checking navigation sytems' thats as far as it gets, not sure how much more help i could be , unless you want me to send the log server to you which continues to do its thing even though my ship is in oblivion let me know

ive realised ive got use of the settings window and played around with graphic settings to no end, is there any cahce's i can clear or anything?

same. happened when I undocked. eve stalled out quit eve then logged back in and there is the message that it gives.

Same problem here, this account is unable to login, it says Entering space, checking navigation systems. Any help would be VERY much appreciated, as this is my only account reasonably capable of testing. (other character has 1,5m sp)

Workaround: Get someone to kill your active ship. This fixes the black screen. To avoid it in the future, use moveme to avoid it

Exacly the same prob but i have try to fin some to kill me but i am invulnerable i see the dommage but nothing go in my shield ( On my caractere Haseo Yikari

You won't see them taking damage, but you will see damage fluctuate as they lose shield/armor/hull. Keep shooting until it dies

i am no longer in oblivion woke up this morning and theres my ship intact out side station, no one blew me up, must have been down to GMs thanks 07

Got this but about 3 times so far, but there is a workaround:
If you wait while stuck at the black screen after the fatal error message, it eventually goes to the 'checking nav systems' loading bar. Your ship should be then sitting right on the undocking ramp. If you have an alt, just ask in local to get the ship destroyed and the character podded.
The ship and pod hp bars won't update, but the damage is being taken. The stuck character will get damage taken notifications as well, and will load the home station environment once he's podded.
Worked 3 times for me, hope that helps. |

Same issue here, but different circumstance. I am stuck in the middle of no where. I was warping from one stargate to another, and got put out of warp 12 AU or so from the destination stargate. The workaround will probably quite difficult to execute... GM Help plz?
