I know that regularly the same names win supercap lotto's across the board, in particular players like Jarac Nor, Malet and Sort Dragon. They are big gamblers and obviously enjoy taking a large risk however it must be said that their names stick out when they win but when they lose no attention is paid and they do lose big often!
I know that seeing regular names winning can raise questions about a lotteries legitimacy, however I do strive to do my lotteries as open as possible and allow no room for fixing or foul play. Naturally however if someone has 600 tickets they have a very large chance of winning thats the nature of the lottery game, the more tickets you buy the greater the chance is but also the greater the risk.
The important thing people should bare in mind is that regardless of who owns how many tickets the odds per ticket are identical.
I always though am looking for suggestions on how to improve or add greater transparency to my lotteries, any and all suggestions are welcome. My advice to anyone considering taking part in any lottery is only throw in what you can afford to lose and never expect to win, it is and always will be a gamble!
As I said though any suggestions are more than welcome to change my lotteries for the better.

Dark is 100% Genuine, the names he mentioned above do win alot, but for me personally i lose alot as well.
Dark could confirm this but i went 9 straight lotteries with putting in between 5 and 10bn ISK and losing. It's not always guaranteed to win and where the wins are nice, the losses can be a killer!
Everytime i speak to Dark when i win we have a similar conversation of how we could make them different, limiting tickets or something. In the end thats not good business sense, Dark puts ISK into these lotteries and giving it a 5 week return just wouldn't work, i guess if we did limit entry the lotteries would stop soon enuff as he'd move on to something else.
I agree seeing the same people win each time can be frustrating, but think of it this way, i put 9.7bn in to one lottery, and the guy who won bought 1 ticket won, lol sucks :P
