Genbukan Best Buy INC	Posted - 2011.03.13 19:30:00 - [31] To be honest, hanging out with my corp buddy doing small missions. I needed a motivater to get going into the wonderful market again. Doing things for investors is more fun to me than doing it solo, and I enjoy doing the reports and stuff. As before and I hold true to it, I like to do it my way with my own spin on it. As quoted in the old IPO, I still remain the same on it.

I do think that if anyone has misgivings about any offering, they should not invest, and that the whole relationship in investments is one of trust, though.

Analysing red flags is not personal, it's just a way of seeing structural weaknesses in the offering which in the past have made it easier to extend the scale of a scam or conceal some obvious disinformation. As you say though, you're not really planning to expand for 6 months now that you have your financing, so although the structure of the bond appears weak, the chances of this being a smash-and-grab scam - if what you say is true - are quite low. He could then just say "I have 1billion free, anonymous pulled out" even though none of them did, and collect another billion isk. Then he could do it again. So he has 5 investors with 1billion isk each in but only 3billion isk accounted for and nobody knows any different until the scam is revealed. With anonymous ALTs you have an actual name there, so person A, B and C are listed as having 1billion isk each .. he can then not just say "I have 1billion isk left" without saying who pulled out, meaning the total amount he can have is 3billion. It doesn't matter that they are alt names, because they can always come into the thread to confirm their investment or pulling out/lack of pulling out.

Best of luck. Not taken personal, just have to voice thoughts as well. I do remember last time I posted here was quite a challange. The first post got shot down horrible, and I got support in game from E-Bank that helped me out.

Also I have updated a list of investors on the main page so that it could be seen easier. The limit in shares was removed so that investors could purchase the amount they would like to have.
