After the latest patching-lag had settled down, I decided to try accepting a mission from my regular agent, who is a Republic Fleet agent under Minmatar Sovereignty, whom I had access to via my high standing with the Minmatar faction.
The mission given to me was "Minmatar Scouts Spotted", and was a kill mission requiring me to go off and shoot up half a dozen Minmatar ships and some Minmatar sentry guns.
This seems.. Odd.. that I should be given a mission to kill my own faction, in that faction's region, and that I actually gained security standing and bounties for it.
Maybe it's a bug, or maybe I'm just misunderstanding something here?

I had a similar experience with my Gallente Navy agent. He told me to kill a Federation ore convoy. I thought that I would get a standing hit that would be greater than my standing bonus, so I didn't accept the mission. I hope this gets fixed.

I noticed a similar thing with my Khanid agent. I forget the mission name, but it was the type where you first warp to the faction fleet. Then, the popup communique from FRIENDLY fleet you just warped to telling you "please help..." etc. THEN you get the additional BM's for tracking down the convoy to recover the special cargo thingy after blowing them up.
I should've screenshot it, but it VERY clearly said in the mission "read details" part that I was to destroy something like 3 khanid officers, 4 commanders, etc etc. Which was total crap, and a massive typo on the mission. Where it means you are to first MEET them, it actually says you must destroy them. It was humorous, and tempting

Similar experience with a level 4 sabotage the supply lines mission. The mercenaries and ore freighters belonged to the Gallente Federation while I am doing missions for a Minmatar corporation Republic Security Services. This should not occur.
Daxit, if you read they are optional targets. Pre-patch they would not be listed at all which makes more sense since the object of the mission is to recover an item stold from the first convoy you meet.

I haven't been on to check in the last few days..
I just wondered if anyone has heard if this has been fixed, or if the problem has gone away after a couple more downtimes?
