Somewhere 2 hops after the eve servers there is a shutdown for alot of optic users in the UK. Something to do with EVE data packets especially. i dont know the specifics but i do know there are ALOT of disconnects with Virgin media and BT infinity customers (esp also if your using a MAC for some reason?!... well maybe not, but from all the forums posts ive seen there are alot of mac users complaining about disconnects)
