Agreed 7-8 if you are ready to wait maybe even 9-10, though Caldari carrier is nor as popular as Gallente.

You have some nice skills there... but some glaring holes.....like above poster said... train up the holes and in a few months you will get your 10bil..... well most likely... good luck... my offer stands if you change your mind or want to negotiate...

Your electronics and mechanics are both very thin and need a lot of love as well (no mechanic V? Wtf?)
I wouldn't pay more than 6b for your char right now since I'd have to burn a remap instantly to get all the int/mem skills you simply do not have. Go train for 3-4 months and you might get the amount of isk you seem to think it's worth now.
