PVP in wormhole space is hands down the best PVP in the game. It can be a little difficult to find targets sometimes but when they do show, good fights can be had. The hunter-stalker approach is wonderful. And it is all because of one thing...No Local.

I've always thought it would be interesting to use a WH as a base of operations in order to get constant new low & null sec hunting grounds.
Would be pretty nifty to be able to pop out of a hole to hit a target or two then disappear again. TBH, I love those damn low sec to low sec WH's just for this reason, but they seem few and very far between.

I just recently spent some time living in WH space.
It changed my life LOL. The PVP is epic. The complexes are hard to run, and the payouts are huge.
IDK if I like or hate no local, though.

WH pew is the best going probably. Mainly small to medium size roaming gangs and no local makes the stealth trap approach very enjoyable(even if ur the one in the trap). It does require effot scanning a WH out and its exits and you just have to keep scannign down and building up a network of connecting holes. Eventually you will strike gold and find someone doing annoms, roaming too or even just active in a POS and then try and bait them out unless there the type of corp that defends there WH vigourously and no baiting is required. Or you may just find a exit to low/null and go have fun there. Its all gravy baby.

PvP in W-space is some of the most fun I've ever had in Eve! I love the fact that there is no local and therefore no way to know who is in there with you.
The mass limits on the holes prevent large blobs from being too common and the small gang fights can be pretty intense (not to mention expensive).
Pretty good cross-section of players you will find as well. From industrialists with teeth to very solid PvPers to Hulk pilots AFK mining at a grav site, you will pretty much find everything that you can imagine.

been wormholing for a few months now, i'm not sure i will ever go back to k-space for more than selling/buying stuff we don't get/make ourselves (read: ice, isotopes, and datacores) and ganking. our static null has proven to be quite a bit of fun to setup a gate camp then GTFO when some alliance rolls through with their 100+ man fleets. all this not to mention that we often get each of the other classes of wormholes (except C1's they are entirely worthless) even though the pvp can be expensive, it is easily the most fun, stealth camping grav/ladar sites and wormholes is such a rush.
unfortunately the downside to all of this is that you can very easily get well and truly screwed with no way back to your home base if you aren't careful.

I just wanted to reinforce everyones comments so far. PVP in wormholes if by far the most fun that you will ever have. The fact that there is NO LOCAL and you have to be sneaking around all the time makes it that much more of a challenge and rewarding when you finally get your prey. When you are all cloaked up and on the hunt trying not to alert your targets you are looking for them is a rush. I have been living in WHs now for a good year and although i sometimes crave for the simple life of K-space i will most likely never return because its just so much dam fun in W-space, and the income is great. Its a perfect place for a small group of friends looking for epic PVP w/o the hassle of low and null sec blobs

If you fail at being sneaky don't blame people for not letting you gank em. Sure there are plenty of carebears, but that's true of null as well tbh.
There was an hour long fight between CCRES and Rooks n Kings the other night involving multiple caps, faction battleships and t3 so you can add that to the small gang sneaky stuff as well (though it's much rarer).

From our POS one evening I watched as a fleet of ships constantly jumped in and out of our wormholes, especially a nulsec one.
I'm guessing they were tackling a victim in nulsec, then jumping their fleet in so they didn't show on local and give away their presence. They had about 25 ships in a mostly battlecruiser fleet, from Dramiels up to a Machariel.
We chatted a little. They threatened a little without any real intent (does anybody really enjoy POS bashing?), and joked a little.
When my corpmates logged-in, they didn't like the traffic and closed all the wormholes. We have no idea if the gang was on the wrong side (nulsec) when that happened. One of our ships got stuck in their w-space home system when closing a wormhole, and quickly exited through the first available wormhole; he made it back to our wormhole about 3 weeks later.

That's because WH PVP is either an all out brawl or an ambush. If you're solo in a drake/tengu running sites, you sure as hell don't want to be caught out by a HIC. Like a previous poster said, there's a load of carebears in WH space. I'm trying to reform my former ways.

I do. I missed the last POS bash due to timing and training issues. It was Russian which doubles my pain.
