Fantom Star	Posted - 2011.03.17 01:50:00 - [1] All, I managed to up my budget a bit and am looking for a well skilled pvp toon. Some cross training is ok. I prefer Amarr or Min / Caldari. Good tank skills for race, good gunnery / missile skills for race. I would prefer the minimum specs: BS V, HAC V, BC V other combat ships to at least IV. Black ops is a +. The main thing is to have the skills to fit and fly the ships that you have trained. If you have Black ops and no jump skills, whats the point. Minimal industry / trade skills, agents or standings not very important to me. Sec status can be negative, wallet must be positive. Good scanning + drone skills are important as well. I am looking for a char with no training required or very little. I have a char on this account in training already and I don't want to create a new account just to do more training. I am guessing that the char that works for me will have 50m sp minimum. I have isk in hand and am looking to buy - not bid, so let me know what you want for the toon right now! In game offer / eve mail is fine. I would expect any char purchase to follow all CCP rules. Post here is you have char for sale and have a buy out in mind. Thanks
