Under 8m sp (so cheap,  ) but with nice npc corp standings to opposing factions.
Standings Highlights, ALL UNMODIFIED:
Has 9.1 to Federation Navy (federation navy has 4 lv5 agents and he can use them all).
Has 8.12 to Amarr Navy
Has good Sisters of Eve faction standing and can run lv4 agents for them. (Good for those sisters lp store items with higher return ratios)
Has started using HACS but would need work there (training lv4 atm), also about a week away from Proteus with most of the subsystems skills already injected.Wanted to use him to run the kin/therm lv5s in a passive Ishtar but can't be bothered anymore.Would have a fit too if its needed.
Can also fly domi and has decent drone skills considering the sp. T2 meds and lights and T1 heavies.
Lemme see, anything else?, 3 JC all in hi sec and a set of +4s in a med clone that doesn't need updating till 25m+ sp. Oh and 7 days left to cyberbetics 5.
Make me an offer, he's in an npc corp atm but I'd need a little time to sort his assets out. Not doing that unless it looks like he'll be sold.

sorry, forgot that, should be fine now. Not really sure on price tbh, just thought I'd see if he'd sell atm. I had plans to train him further really

Cheers for the offer m8, noted. I must add though that the character appraiser only evaluates skills, sec. status and implants. With this char his biggest selling point is his standings. I think anyway

yeah, standings r good, but still cant do anything with them apaert higher agents, doesnt allow me to put up a high sec pos :o
Skills r not all that grand, need alot of work, so unless some1 is buing this as a new char or getting a 2nd account, not alot of use

Well regards skills I did say low sp and actually I don't think they're all that bad either tbh. I advertised him as a lv5 mission puller (gets missions for the gang or your alt) although it really wouldn't take much for him to be able to solo the kin/therm ones as he is.
Also, I think you should just get someone to make you an alt corp if all you want is a POS put up in hi-sec, heck, buy this guy and I'll make you one myself if you need it.
Either way if you're not interested then move along, nobody asked for your opinions.

If I wasnt interested I wouldn't of made an offer, just think yr aimming a little high for sp. So my offer still stands 1.5bil b/o if accepted within 12 hrs

Can I count the 2.2b as a bid instead of b/o? I'm gonna' lower the b/o again a bit to 2.6b.
First person to send me the isk and account details can have him for that.
Forgot to mention that he can provide JC from Federal Navy if you put him in an alt corp (handy if you have mixed standings in your corp).
