Many accuse me from stealing it, but would any sane person give billions of isk worth property to the organization, which is openly hostile? It is standard procedure to confiscate hostile property, if possible on these situations.
CVA started haunting me the moment Lord Aralis left his position. Some time ago, CVA put my entire corporation to the kos list, afterwards the attack against our Ark class jump freighter. They attacked first, even when my corporation were not even on kos list. When we asked the reason, they changed our status to kos. It was expected, because otherwise they should have punished the Dark Tinator. It is still perfect example of sinister action, which could not never happened during Lord Aralis's reign.

Each conflict is different. Last time Lord Aralis still were the voice of reason in you alliance, and I was certain he can control your bloodlust. I was right.
Today, my good and close friend, Lord Aralis is no more to ensure stability and we see te resaults. CVA has turned against it oldest allie and mighty amarrian nobleman. If nothing is done and soon, CVA will collapse entirely. Maybe that would only be merciful, for in its current state it is only a wicked shadow of its former glory. No wonder why more religious persons are leaving it, for only thing driving the CVA today is bloodlust and money. True loyalty to the Empire and God is found only in empty words.
I can still promise to all true loyalist that I, Lord Vaari will continue to liberate Providence, and some day it is free from the oppression and is against in the hands of true believers.

Hexer Neferis, you said a terrible thought a loud. It has been crossed my mind also, that maybe CVA is now in the hand of Sani Sabik. I have think that many times in past days, but always rejected it. I still cannot accept that leadership of CVA would be so stupid. I know they are impulsive and somehow brutish, but a member of Sani Sabik? It cannot be.

Obviously it isn't so, no member of Sani Sabik is miserable and poor. CVA may have started with the right line of thought now but by no means they have what it takes to become Sani Sabik: Strengh of their convictions in the true Faith, unspoiled by weakness and untainted by false pseudo lies. That, only the Apocrypha and Sani Sabik faith can give.
This said, may CVA one day decide to no longer be weak and mislead and embrace the Apocrypha and Sani Sabik as their true religion and reclaiming, I'd provide them their power back. I'd supply them engines of war and fill their wallets with fortunes never before imagined and give them what they need to reclaim what they have lost with full Sani Sabik Military support.
But at the current state and with another Leader that is as weaker as the previous ones, I doubt that this will happen anytime soon. They will continue in their misery as long as they continue to serve this false religion of theirs.
To resume, to your question: No.
When and If they ever become a Sani Sabik, it will be very evident to all.
