Not stuff you would wear to a business meeting but accessories for an evening out.
Also, unique dyes for anything from hair, clothes, skin, to ships, modules, lasers.
Lastly accessories for CQ Wall hangings, bird in a cage, Things to remind the clone that it was human once.
Of course, I am a girl so this stuff may not be interesting for the dominate male populace.
I do know in other mmo's seasonal related items are big. Like costumes for Halloween or snowballs for winter.
Just some thoughts |

I'm still looking for a nice pair of mining coveralls, very coarse grained fabric. tough and stiff and maybe smudged a bit. NEX has a lot of potential but I agree the clothes are mostly to uppity and formal for me. |

There are tons of new shirts and pants now on the market that aren't yet purchaseable in NEX. I hope CCP isn't dumb enough to suck the fun out of them by selling them for stupid prices like everything else. |

I think there is a lot of content coming. I would love to see some hats, sidearms, various tobacco products, alcohol, paintings/wall hangings, a sleeping dog on a rug somewhere, some sew-on patches for your shirt, a trophy cabinet containing souvenirs of your kills...

Current tier pricing strategy:
"The items in the Noble Exchange come in several price ranges. Normally, an outfit will all come from one pricing tier. An affordable tier outfit can be purchased and assembled for roughly the value of one PLEX in total - slightly cheaper if you are fortunate enough to time your purchase well.
Mid-tier outfits will be priced such that an outfit will total approximately 3-4 PLEX, depending on individual elements.
Deluxe tier outfits are aimed at flamboyantly rich capsuleers regardless of whether they measure their wealth in ISK, Aurum, PLEX, or currencies from Earth. While price is of little concern for these players, they could find themselves spending two or three times the price of an affordable outfit on a single piece for their ensemble. An exceptional tier is rumored to exist that represents a very special and rare investment for the wealthiest members of the EVE community."
"Affordable": one PLEX
"Mid-tier": 3-4 PLEX
"Deluxe": 2-3 PLEX per piece in the outfit
"Exceptional": Instead of the current preview mannequin, CCP flies a hooker to your home to "model" the virtual outfits in person.

It's all good to want to have more affordable variety, I'm in to that idea.
However, let's hope CCP first attend to the existing bugs and promises before spending any amount of time on clothing, the latter of which does not contribute to FiS.
Fix first, then add the bells and whistles.

As far as i know its allready ready, but as been said it needed some tweaking, and the deployment is planed in sequences so thats about that....
Upgradable CQ / done
Ship skins / done / require ship to change
hair/clothes / dont know
lasers / not sure maybe other kind of T1 crystals with different effect / and /or expensive faction ones : require faction crystals to change for
missiles / not sure maybe other kind of explosion effect of T1 missiles . / and/ or .. you know the story

I really don't want to have cheap items in NeX store. In fact, make them even more costly, so that ownership of a NeX item is an indicator of a wealthy individual.
Since there is no ingame advantage gained (and there should NOT be) let the NeX items be for serious show-off. Corporation members could stand out by wearing the same jacket, or (in the future) a specific insignia, a specific player-designed tatoo, etc.
I imagine the NeX item to be similar to Officer mods. Not your everyday casual items. |

Thanks to the free Aurum handout, I only paid 30mil ISK for this. Which is around the level I am willing to pay for vanity items, at least of this quality.
Current prices should be for truly royal items, basically shouting RICH, more elaborate, more detailed, heck, if you pay so much, you could give them higher texture resolution and poly count, just to separate them from the lower tiers. The stuff right now available is about ten times more expensive than they look. |

I think we absolutely need tiers below what CCP calls "affordable". I would like to have one PLEX get me a wardrobe full of clothes. Also consider that at present we have 5 slots in which we can have clothes: head, top, outer, bottom, and feet. But CCP could add many more, like arms (bracelets), neck, fingers, and so on. Eyes could be a slot separate from head, allowing both a hat and a monocle. Many slots could allow multiple items, after all some people wear more than one necklace or ring.
Now its possible that an outfit could consist of 10 items. At present prices even affordable would be 2 PLEX.
There needs to be an "Economy" tier at about 200 AUR per item, and even a "Basic" tier at around 50 per item. Keep the upper tiers for those who wish to show off their wealth, but give everyone the capability of playing with this feature.
CCP employees should never proclaim a feature to be awesome. Only subscribers should. |

I'm a male player and I agree - I want more and more varied stuff for my lovingly-created avatars to wear, to personalize, etc. But it has to be affordable - a few quid here and there I'd gladly give to CCP now and then, to support them, and for my own fluffy pleasure. |
