well, some of us aren't worthy of being sent an evemail.
I don't care what that eve appraiser bs says.
go ahead and train shadowlord princess' skills in two months time or whatever eve appraiser bs says. Unless , you have plus 5s and cybernetics level 1 thru 5 will take 3 weeks at best, you're still taking close to 3 months at that to reach her skills.
cloaking from level 1 to level 4 isn't a 1 day skill, neither is Industry 5,
Racial industry best attributed specced with plus 3s, the bare minimum will take a month.
so seeing how I spent at least three months getting to where she's at, eve appraiser can go take a hike.

no worries.
I just check out forums to see people that want to expand their eve adventure because many people can't afford to train this skill on their mains or have a second account to do so.
I've made and sold close to a dozen characters that have skills that I already trained on my mains.
It kinda keeps me focused and helps me remember the pain and patience it takes to watch two, three even four weeks of training go by.
You did say 1-2 billion budget but I should have known you probably could go maybe 1 . 5 billion to leave you a little leeway to get a freighter.
