In terms of PvP Tatics, NC. are better prepared and put up much better fights that -WN- ever could. NC Uses tactics and smarts in engagements, only things WN can do it light a cyno with a rifter and bridge in 30 moms and 10 titans and most of the time waste a LOT of fuel and maybe catch a drake or some BS that was not aligned like FC Calls for.
Anyone who has fought both of them knows WN is like a turkey shoot compared to NC. fights.
P.S.
Pets should not be set BLUE, pets pay for space and only use it to RAT and Mine, they need to be farmed. They do not defend it and if they loose some ships (its all part of the game) |

NC. are capable of fielding fleets and using tactics.
WN. are capable of bringing their ratting supercaps to RF a station or fail to kill a subcap fleet.
In reality RA and NC. are the real alliances, WN. and Raiden. were more like some terrible embarrassing pets who no one invited but who kept turning up to CTAs and cocking them up royally.
I was a member of the NC. deeply loving killing NC alliances like Controlled Chaos in the North.
Now I am in AAA killing pets like Controlled Chaos in the South.
In the far distant past I used to FC for Controlled Chaos in Syndicate / Great Wildlands before they decided to be pets and I left.
It just proves, it all comes full circle in time.

WN all the way. Mainly because Russians are not afraid to lose lots and lots of ships in order to win.
Bots helps with this but there is nothing better than an enemy that never runs out of resources.
