My friends and I have tickets, but we're not staying at one of the package hotels. Should I find one nearby and go there to be picked up for the tour, or should I go directly to the convention center? The convention center seems like a large place and I'm not sure exactly where to go. I emailed fanfestsupport@ a little bit ago but I didn't know how timely a reply would be. TIA!

I am in the same boat. This information would be useful. I hope someone knows. If not I am going to head for the Convention Center and hope for the best.

Your best bet guys will be to go to one of the hotels offered in the packages and get picked up from there. I'm staying in Loftleidir hotel and pick up time is scheduled for 1230 local time. That's what I can confirm 100%, but you should be okay if you will decide to wait by convention center.

it says Pick-up 12.30 from Icelandair package hotels and then departure from Laugardalsholl Convention Center (Fanfest venue) at 13:00.
To me this translates if your not at one of those hotels we'll pick you up at the convention center at 13:00 I'm going to stop by there around 10 am along with another pod pilot. To check (also to see what they have setup already since they started ssetting up yesterday)

I just spoke with the concierge at the hotel I am staying at. He contacted the company running the tour and they said that we should be at the Convention Center at 12:30.
Mystery Solved.

Was just down at the convention center speaking with Zymurgist and anther ccp employee he didn't say who he was pickup at the convention center between 12:30-13:00 hrs so I gues that's a 2nd confirmation
