Well as the title says i think this qualifies as the best hanger auction for a long time!!! But this is also reflected in the Start Price,
Theres are some very sought after faction items as well as rare tags a 27% expander and well have a look at the full 4 groups and make your own mind up

the first three groups are in niyabainen (the forge) 1.0 system. and the group four is located in ibura (i think thats lonetrek) a 0.6 system.
The implants are as follows
1. A Eifyr and Co hardwiring designed to enhance pilot Manuvering skill. Grants a 3% bonus to Ship Agility.
2. A Eifyr and Co gunnery hardwiring designed to enhance pilot navigation skill. Grants a 3% bonus to Ship Velocity.
3. A neural Interface upgrade that boost the pilots skill at installing hull upgrades e.g. expanded cargohold and inertial stabilizers. Grants a +3% Bonus to armor hit points.
4. A neural Interface upgrade that reduces the shield upgrade module power needs. Grants a 5% reduction to power needed to run shield all shield modules
5. A neural Interface upgrade that boost the pilots skill in a specific area. This Navigation Link was created for the ruthless pirate commander, referred to as 'Zor'. It gives a 10% bonus to Afterburner duration.

Also with the plates they dont show the names they are in order crystaline carbonate, nanofibre, rolled tungsten, and titanium

Dread Large Shield Boosters 65m - 80m on escrow each
Dread Hardners 85 - 150m on escrow each
Chelms Modified Energy Neutralizer (as far as i know this is the only one in game at the moment) so say 200 - 500m
True Sansha Plating 5 - 10m on escrow
Gisti Shield Hardners 85 - 100m each
Tags are sought after everywhere, and some of the freedom fighters are used as a special mission reward for minmitar republic 1400mm cannons the insignias are also needed.
When you look closely at this auction you see that theres a lot of scope to make a fair amount of cash even at buy out.

The Chelm's neutralizer is not the only one ingame atm (a bunch of them are out there) but it's pretty damn rare though
