with the test server new build my eve online client is redloading the test client i think becuse the download is 4087mb i realy dont feal like waiting 9 hours for that any thing i can do and yes i have a slow internet connction(1.5mb)

Are you using Windows 7? If so, what version, if so, do you have the Service Pack installed? I can provide you with access to Enterprise once I get ahold of a few copies. Win 7 Professional is going bye bye.

With a 1.5MB connection you are looking at a 6 hour download for 4087MB, assuming you truly get all 1.5MB constantly and most ISPs will offer <80% of the advertised speed. 9 hours seems reasonably for that size and connection.
There is nothing you can do about this except buy a better connection.

Well, if you live in america, then CCP's HQ is halfway across the world. You will want a good router, or at least the Enterprise Edition of whatever Windows OS you have. Anyway, back to my thinking.

That will in no way affect your download speed in any measurable sense. Almost all routers can handle any DSL speeds that Western ISPs offer and are crushingly slow as to what might be considered a struggle on even the most basic systems.
In fact even the fastest connections in the world only just reach the limits of mechanical hard disk speeds which is by far the slowest component of a computer

CCP gods please provide ignore button in the new forums so i will not read idiotic comments in the Test server channel.
OP use Sisilauncher ffs and you will download only small portions of repair data. In future just please stay away from the idiot that talks about W7 versions, he is dumb like hell.

explain me something...with this tool of sisilauncher...can i delete the duplicated version of tranquility...the one i use to run SiSi? or do i have to keep it?

The sisi launcher will update a second copy of the TQ/ Sisi cliant after you point it at the right folder. If you direct it at the wrong one it will start a full install.
