I have looked into missionrunning fits. And apparantly everyone uses his own comfortable fit for running missions. But a hell of allot of them cant even permatank half the level 4's. I'm talking about level 4 missions here.
So, it would be cool to see what everybody conciders to be the best t1 non-faction hull affordable missionrunning fit!
So, to keep this on topic, no discussing the detail flaws of the other person. Just post your favourite missionrunner!

6 Arbalest Cruises
Salvager
Tractor
XL Booster
Boost Amplifier
4 Hardeners
3 BCUs
2 PDS/Cap modules
3 CCCs ( Because that XL booster drains cap almost as fast a my wife can drain a wallet)
It is not the best for every single mission ( A Abbadon will be better against bloods, for example), but it can run them all. And you get to always hit the mission weak resist.

Perhaps OP would be better off changing his logic regarding perma tanking by reading the other 17 bazillion threads about lvl 4 mission fits. Perhaps I'm just optimistic.

ok fine. this is what i have to add to this topic: you show us what you fly, the fitting used for it and we all tell you how fail it is and help fix it.
easier that way.

one of the best choices for "easy-lazy-afk" lvl4's is Dominix + drones.
Fit is simple: 3LCCC + 1DC + 2LAR + 3armor hardenes + 5(or 6?) cap rechangers. that's all. Get skills for perma cap stability and you are ok. Just watch drones.
