Saw this last night, and guess I shouldn't be surprised.
I pursued a wartarget from plex to plex last night, attempting to tackle and kill him. I forced him out of plex after plex, tackled him repeatedly (Turns out the merlin was fitted with 2 stabs).
I deplexed 9 plexes. with him continually warping in to try and complete the plexes.
This went on for hours in the same system. WT is question never said a word, more than once he warped into a plex right after I did (He landed on the gate as I warped).
I finally grabbed a second scram and once again, he followed me into the plex, this time I killed him and podded him..he made no attempt to warp after dying.
His behavior was strange to say the least, with plenty of systems around to plex, he seemed determined to continue plexing in this system, even though he had not collected an Lp on hours and knowing that I was going to catch him sooner or later.
I did report it to CCP for further review, but it seems that the bots have realized what a easy farming system CCP has setup.
One character, left alone in a system with minimal interference could easily generate 5 bil + a day, is this what CCP had in mind with the FW update?

i love these 5B/day estimates ... bots will do anything that they can automate. For every bot, there are probably another 3000 afk guys doing the same thing though. There are many other posts in many other forums if you just wish to complain about the mechanics though.

At least Incursions are impossible to bot. Have seen some incredible 7-8 boxers though they are rare & when we had the numbers to compete for sites they were forced out of it due to being beaten repeatedly.

my main lives in nullsec. we had a 9 man bot corp next door to us that were blues.
I petitioned them. no way they should be able to get away with it. blue or not.
aint seen them login for nearly 5 days now. tiem will tell if they been wanred in the past lol. |

It's horrible and usually done with alts, and no FW bittervet will ever admit to doing it. But, 95% of them do it.
I'm willing to bet the "bot" in question was a few weeks old with no implants...

CCP need to become quicker in fixing new or 'iterated' features that turn out to be broken. New FW seemed great shortly after patch and I think many people enjoyed it. Problem is, after a short while the puppetmasters in larger corps and alliances figured out how to exploit the system and then it quickly degenerated into pure ISK farming.
A corp I am member of captured a system for our faction. In militia channel we were warned not to do it because we were *harming* our faction by reducing their farmland. We did it anyway because capturing enemy systems seemed like what you should do in factional warfare, and also it was fun to fend off the interfering enemy militia. Result was, two large corporations of our own militia wardecced us immediately. To punish us for fighting the enemy 
So you cannot even use the system as it was intended, even if you do not care about farming yourself, because the powerful people are all just ISK farmers at heart.

Yeah, it's a great time to farm LP down there. Lots of people "playing" FW: Mission Accomplished.

I have been killing a number of bots around my area lately. Kill them repeatedly until they run out of ships. Report them nightly as well. CCP ignores. Exact same person is back the next day. Same situation as OP. |

FW is full of farmers these days. It used to be just a handful of people with each militia that would go out and slug it out every few days for a laugh. We all knew each other and I even switched sides a couple times to "even the teams." But this just isn't the case any more. It's next to impossible to get any sort of decent fight, all the pvp these days seems to be plex farmer vs who ever's bored enough to bother trying to catch them.
The average plex farmer fits no guns, has 2-3 stabs and won't warp to a plex if any potential threats are on scan. Finding ways to catch them is proving mildly entertaining I suppose. Normal pvp fits just don't work since these aren't normal setups I'm chasing around. In any case it's seriously broken.
To answer the question of what plexes you can run with an unarmed stabbed t1 frigate, the answer is all of them if you are minmatar or caldari and none if amarr or gallente. This is do to a massive imbalance in the npc capabilities.
