Hi,
I plan to do missions with my friend. I am high standing and he is no standing. If I turn the missions in as a fleet do we all get the same standing increase or is it split?
I know LP are split, but wasn't sure about the standing.

For normal missions, standings are split. For storylines, all standings go to you.

Yes. The LP's, reward, bountys and standings are split between Fleet members.
For storyline missions, only the player who was offered and accepts the storyline mission will gain the Faction standing increase. Fleet members will still gain agent and corporation standing gain along with a share of the reward.

Bounties are only split if the others are in fleet and on grid when the rats are killed. All other rewards are split irrespective of their location.

how about the negatives.. if I fleet someone and go around shooting caldari, do i affect my fleet mate's standings?

Only if they're on grid when you do it. You can complete anti-faction missions and split the reward without any effect to the opposite faction's standing, at least in L4 missions I've done. I don't know if this would carry through on Faction Warfare missions for instance.
