* The pilot is able to pilot both Caldari & Minmatar Stragetic Cruisers
* He's able to fly Gallente/Caldari/Minmatar Recon Ships, Heavy Assault Ships, Heavy Interdictors, Battleships etc.
* This pilot is a great scanner. He's got almost max scanning skills + Covert ops V (Great for plexing and scanning ships)
* The pilot is able to use Lvl 4 agents with a caldari mission-agency. They have low-sec agents.
* He's 29 days from flying a Nidhoggur, 35 days from using a Command Ship (Already has the support skills), 10 days from using a Interdictor, 4 days from flying a Dreadnought
