As title says i'm looking for exceptional chars.
The SP range doesnt really matters. I'm looking for chars that are extremely focused in PvP sub cap or capitals.
Chars with very high standings and mission focused.
I don't want any cross skills on the chars. simply and straight skilled in one direction.
I think i have actually enaugh budget for every char if he fits my requirements. That means 75bil+ could be possible if the char is really that good.
Show me what you have !

sadly you're both not what i'm looking for.
I only want VERY focused pilots, that means no dread3 / carrier 5 / hic / hac crosstraining in every race.
If the char is a capital pilot, then i want no other skills than capital related.
If the char is a roaming pilot, i won't need any capitals skilled on him.
If he's a carebear monster with very high empire standings i dont see any need of rorqual or any sort of capitals.
Like a pure single race char dont need every cruiser or bs at lvl 4-5.

low-grade slave set - 630 mil
clone 2:
full set of 'improved' ( +5 ) implants - 530 mil
numon family heirloom ( 7% repair system duration ) - 132mil
noble zet2000 ( 5% capacitor for remote repair systems ) - 153 mil
noble zet4000 ( 5% repair amount ) - 157 mil
imperial navy modified 'noble' implant ( 3% armor hitpoints and 3% repair amount ) - 125 mil
clone 3 just has a couple of plus 4s
good standings with 24th imperial crusade ( 9.81 ) and federation navy ( 8.05 ) and lots of level 4 agents
54k LPs with 24th imperial crusade
12k LPs with federation navy
can fly lots of ships ( recon, logistic, proteus, command, hac, hic, covops, etc )
5.5 mil SP in drones

Well, I must admit it's a little confusing your 'interested' in 40m sp chars with a potential budget of 75b - anyway, I point you towards my two characters which surpass everything offered in this thread so far.
Both have 90m SP and are highly focused (With amazing implants also)

Focused Aeon pilot with all the pre-reqs to plug in all the need Avatar skill books (Amarr Titan, Capital Energy Turret, Doomsday Operation, and Jump Portal Generation). Comes with a full HG slave set (including omega), a 5% armor HP and a 5% capacitor implants.

This one perhaps, extreme Nyx pilot, in fact the only finished nyx pilot i have seen on these forums.
He also have 5.3mill unassigned SP, so he can be a maxed out Titan pilot immediately, or whatever....
He wont come cheap though!
