Capsuleers of U.N.I.T.E come from many walks of life, industrialists, fighter pilots, mission runners and market traders to name but a few.
Each capsuleers individuality is respected within the corporation, and as such U.N.I.T.E does not revolve around any one activity, members are free to participate in any activity they wish to, be it supported alongside pilots from the corporation or not, although teamwork is encouraged.
However, U.N.I.T.E operates under a Not Red Dont Shoot (NRDS) policy, and any capsuleer who wishes to participate in piracy or grieving is encouraged to apply elsewhere, likewise, any existing member participating in these activities will be removed.
U.N.I.T.E in line with our motto 'Order in New Eden' will disrupt the activities of any corporation which is exploiting or abusing capsuleers for self gain in an area of New Eden. If U.N.I.T.E sanction a corporation for exploting or abusing capsuleers within New Eden, U.N.I.T.E members, under direction, can be authorised to use any means nessesary to prevent further activities, this can include combat.
U.N.I.T.E members are capsuleers who enjoy the game, with diverse interests in many aspects of New Eden.

Corporation recuitment requirements:
1. Willing to follow our NRDS Policy
2. Good attitude to New Eden
3. Willing to be a teamplayer
4. PvP capable ship
5. Minimum of 3M SP
6. Positive standings to Amarr & Caldari desirable but not essential
Alliance membership requirements:
1. All Corporation members must meet above capsuleer criteria
2. Proven track record of following NRDS Policy
3. Must not be at war with another corporation or alliance
4. Must have a minimum of 20 active members
5. Willing to support fellow corporations within UNITE Alliance
6. Reason your corporation wishes to join UNITE
