There is no drone specialist ship at BS class 100% drone and logistics like the carrier .

That is true, but you have to motivate why it would be needed...introducing new ships is a very tricky business, they should
1) not render other ships obsolete and
2) fill a needed niche
These are ofc not rules I make up, but all arguments around new ships are usually discussed along those lines.

sounds like a Domi, a Drone BS with massive bay and can be fit several different ways, what else are you asking for here??
edit: let me rephrase that, what are you asking for that the domi does not already offer?

It fills the role of a drone Carrier a BS class support ship one class higher than the logistics ships more HP and BS damage output, but no drone repair bonuses
A ship for sum one that likes to specialize in drones and logistics aspiring to go for CarrierĘs and super CarrierĘs

And how would this not render conventional logistics ships AND the Domi obsolete? There is no need for such a ship. The fact that you are aspiring to fly a carrier does not mean you need an intermediary to fly in the meantime. If you want to do logistics, fly a logi, if you want to throw drones around, there is the Dominix.

a domi already forfills both rolles if you fit them to do logistic
your asking for a ship to replace our curents
i startet out amarr flew a omen saw the efect of drones fell in love with drones trained up for a carrier and now i do logistics as well 0.o
(side note no you cant have a cheap carrier its a capital ship it should remain a few steps to actully get in one)
